Transferring Credits
Numerous students have the opportunity to transfer credits from other educational institutions or homeschooling programs to Javier. If you intend to transfer credits to Javier during the enrollment process, follow the instructions outlined below.
Requirements for Academic Credit Transfer
Official Records
You must provide official documentation, such as transcripts or progress reports, from the previous institution.
Course Comparability
The courses you wish to transfer
must be comparable to the
courses offered by Javier.
Academic Advisor Approval
Your Javier academic advisor must approve the transfer of credits.
Academic Credit Transfer Process
1. Transfer Request Submission: You must submit a transfer request during the Javier enrollment process.
2. Documentation Submission: You must submit the required official records to Javier.
3. Evaluation and Approval: The Javier School will evaluate and approve the transfer of credits.
4. Revised Academic Plan: Once the transfer of credits is approved, your Javier academic plan will be revised.
Obtaining a Transcript for Public or Private High School Students
Initiating the credit transfer process to Javier involves requesting an academic record from any institution where your student has earned secondary education credits.

Submit the Online Transcript Request Form
Javier will forward the form to the designated schools on your student's behalf.

Receipt of Official Academic Record
Upon receiving the official transcript, Javier personnel will conduct a transcript evaluation and email a copy for your examination.

Transferring Credits from Abroad
If your student has completed secondary education courses at an international high school outside the United States, please contact our Student Support Department at 1.800.000.0000 to request a foreign transcript evaluation.
The Javier Polytechnic School offers foreign transcript evaluation services for a fee, which covers the specialized research and expertise required to assess official transcripts from international educational systems.
